What a "Wrap" for ILF !

ILF Technologies announces it has started up specialized batching and stacking systems at two prominent packaging companies in the Midwest. The systems produce "food wrap" for the fast food industry. The systems employ up to 5 rolls (either pre printed or blank) which are cut into variable sizes and delivered automatically in counted stacks to specialized packaging equipment.

The largest installation is 60" wide (pictured below during assembly) and can deliver up to six pockets of product per cycle. The food wrap industry is large and can present interesting challenges in the wide range of substrates, sizes, and stack count requirements. The systems employ ILF/Evtec sheeter/ batcher technologies modified to fit these applications.
