The new installation at U.S. Playing Cards new plant in Erlanger, KY is capable of cutting the special laminated card to exacting specifications. The system delivers a 60" high stack thru an automated pallet load and off load system. ILF coordinated the system with the conveyor supplier ASTI. The system automatically loads a pallet into the sheeter and removes the full stack thru non stop load changing. A special servo scissors lift was incorporated into the system by ILF to support the ASTI conveyor section.

The system was supplied with a Siemens Servo Simotion drive platform compatible with the Goss drive system.
