ILF Rotary perforators are configured to fit any application. Machines have been furnished from 20” through 66” wide webs. These designs are also available in multiple plate cylinder configurations. This is an advantage when patterns become complex or square corners are required. This perforator was the first ever offered in a multi plate cylinder configuration.

Drive trains are designed to provide trouble free performance with exacting register at today’s higher press speeds. Cylinder configurations are related to speed and are furnished according to use. Vertical and horizontal web leads available for any model. Bearers are furnished for high speed models.

Standard Features Include:

• Motorized lateral and circumferential register control for on the fly precise positioning
• Micro-adjustment plate to blanket cylinder depth for on the fly tuning of the perforation depth
• Hardened and driven roller for continuous running performation.  This may also be used for slitting and scoring if desired
• Anti corrosion coating is standard on both plate and blanket cylinders
