This combination unit is normally used for die cutting shapes and patterns. Pattern Perforating running “steel to steel” will produce coupons, pressure sensitive peel off labels and many other custom products for direct mail.

This unit uses bearer to bearer pneumatic toggle lock to assure exacting tolerance for the products to be produced. Bearer wipes are standard on both die and anvil cylinders.

A scrap vacuum plenum is furnished for trim and chip removal. Ceramic/Magnetic plate cylinder is undercut for optimum performance of your application. Dies are easily located via a grid pattern. Full 360 degree motorized circumferential register is standard and easily adaptable to an automatic cut-off control. Sidelay is also motorized for quick accurate register.

The unit is furnished standard for a line shaft drive. Servo drive is optionally available if portability is desired.
